What is this perm ban

So this 1 game my support lagged out i really wanted to just surrender because our jungle and mid was agruing my jungle went bot once to take the kill giving me no lead and i was really tilted over this i got banned for this 1 game and i just don't understand this ban yes i was tilted who woulndt be my team was flaming me for losing 2v1 my support were afk and i was put under much pressure the whole game which is why i didn't want to play it is it fair i get punish for this game and again this was a perm ban i got i was toxic but i reformed a lot i just think this banning system is so weird i can't defend or even talk in chat anymore idk it just seems weird to me but if anybody can see a diffirent reason when please let me know :)
