Riot needs to adjust Ranked Rules for Demotion

Hello,

I have noticed an increase in the number of purchased diamond accounts playing flex where the rank "doesn't matter" since it counts toward their ranked plays regardless. It's very annoying for teams on either side since every game involved them feeding their opponents an excess of 15+ kills per game ( This is average of the about 12 I have seen now) They show no care or respect to their teamates and do their own thing without any thought. Riot needs to fix both the rules so they cant abuse this.
