Instalocking

so iw as recently in 2 games today trying to play poppy i kept getting matched with people when i obviously called top first would instalock poppy top... this happened twice first tiem i jsut didnt pick and ended it cause the summoner was yelling at me for not picking when he instalocked. the second time 2 people joined instalocked there roles then said we called it before anyone joined so then again i did not pick... i was wondering if there was a way i could get my restriction removed or at least not let it hinder me in the future.
