Leave buster system

To be honest, I'm not that kind of person who likes to go to game forum and post or read threads. However, the leave buster system is infuriating me to the point that I have to write this post.

Riot, what were you guys thinking? You create a system to bust leavers/AFKers and forgot to opt out those who get affected by their behaviors (a.k.a passive leavers). Why dont you guys get smarter? For god sake, we dont ask for anything too demanding, just be like DotA 2, after 2-3 minutes of someone AFKing, give other players an option to quit the game without any punishment.

Please focus more on improving players' experience. Thank you
