Just got perma-banned

I just got my first permanent ban in league after playing the game for many years and I'm not understanding why I received a permanent ban for this chat log. This goes with saying I have been chat restricted and even received a two week and while i disagree'd with why i received those I do understand why and can even admit that it was more "toxic" than I should have been. But the logs that I was given for my permanent ban I do not see anything that should warrant being permanently banned. Here are the logs and if people can give explanation to why I'd like to see it.

*Note I did not afk or open mid *Note the talking in all chat was what I thought a genuine discussion between me and the other team about when we thought it was okay to want to surrender and move on to the next game *Note the comment about being a silver player was the game was a flex game within bronze so I assumed the player I was talking to was around bronze at most being a silver so they truly didn't understand because of that reason. *Note here is the op.gg to my account so you can see the game where it happened https://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=defacellis the bot lane was a duo and the enemy team had a duo who agreed with my bot lane I deserved to be reported and my email from riot said in my last 20 games i had 6 reports against me so I'm assuming at least 4 were from that game and is when the automatic bot banned me. If anyone has any insights or opinions I'd like to hear them

The very first things you say are flaming your teammate and bitching about it in all chat. Why are you surprised that you got punished again?

Just because something is true, (referring to post game chat), doesn't exempt it from still being negative. There are things that are better left unsaid. If I was that botlane I'd report you too.

Like dude, I'm diamond and sometimes I have bad games in gold games.. it happens, not everyone is gonna play 100% every single game. That's something you need to understand, and you pointing it out like a dick, making the situation worse, is not gonna help. This punishment is well deserved considering this isn't your first time getting punished for negativity

You're late, OP. When you got CR's / 2-week suspensions, you should have come here. And we'd have helped you understand how the system works! Don't bother arguing with the other board members. No one can undo your punishment. If you want to try figuring out how to avoid getting punished in the future then this is the place to be.

I'll give you a quick run-down on what you need to know. The best way to go about doing this is to /mute all and play. If you can't or don't want to, that's fine. If you're getting flamed or trolled, do not get into an argument with them. Don't call a Troll a troll, even if he is one. Because Riot will only look at your logs. They won't check to see if the guy you were calling this was actually running down mid 18 times per game! Do not flame or cuss back! Do not say anything that can be categorized as 'Negative'. Simply, mute-report.

Also, do not ask for reports! While there's the Rioter post on how asking for legitimate reports is fine, I've seen people get punished for it more often than not. So to be on the safe side, just don't bother. Even if you ask for reports, how many people would report someone on the enemy team? And if its on your team, if the person is being a menace then they will do it regardless.

You can ping multiple times. You can start surrender votes. Those are fine! Don't say ZT words or words like 'AFK', 'gg open' or repeat ZT words that someone may have said to you. That's pretty much it. I wish you the best of luck with your future games if you do make a new account.

Sounds like you got reported for negative attitude / giving up, which is what it looks like exactly what you did. Sorry but just because your team is not doing well doesn't mean you have the right to "save your dignity" and sit in base and not still try your best. Throws happen in soloq every day.
