Suggestion for punishments & personal rant

After having been perma baned id like to suggest to revamp the punishment system a little differently because I feel that

A) getting punished 1st takes more efforts then being accidentally punished last time ( i have checked it myself and it is true)

B) I am unsure if riot targets it but if I/others have invested in this game a lot of time and money and you apply permament punishments for really mild content It is very likely that the player wont return to the game, might decrease player base as well in the future

My suggestions

  1. Apply a limit of time between restrictions to actually allow for players to change their behaviour and learn to be more positive in the games. For example 1 week after first punishment and 2 months after last punishment before being on the final punishment

  2. Make constant notification system to remind players that they are heading towards last punishment after the punishment has expired and that they need to reform, perhaps include a reform meter based on their chat green is becoming better orange no change and red heading close towards ban

  3. Review punishments manually starting from 3rd punishment, I feel like if you que and get premades as your team mates in que you can easily become the victim of report system

  4. get a support system which dedicates to review this, I feel that i am not being very helped by support in reviewing my ban or helping me but this applies to other people punished for mild or even slight negative behaviour

  5. remove the option of chat as pings are available, would avoid unnessessary punishments for many players

Personal opinion on streamers & youtube

i personally feel that theres light favourtism towards the more famous people and known streamers altough they are being toxic and negative in their streams this do not seem to reflect on their game, I understand that it is not an official game chat but they are the example and public figures to most players and I feel like they shouldnt be treated than anyone else and neither they should have exceptions for being punished what they say on streams.

I have been a victim of being baned after constantly being tilted by team and I understand I underperfomed and ruined someone games but the people who flamed me participated in loosing my lane as fed my enemy so I exploded and nastiest thing ive said is your premade is just as bad as me in other game i said greedy ass as a pun when my team overpush the map but got reported by enemies because their player was acting like a pro in chat amd then he said he sux and All i said was I agree.

The support system person whom I am allocated to does not seem keen on reviewing my case I am not complaining still hoping we will end up on good terms but I wish a dedicated person, team would be available to contact externally for this

My apologies if the format is weird was written with iphone

Point A i dont really get can you repeat what you mean? Point B is good, the permaban is Riots way of showing people the door. They dont want those players to return. To 1, there are 4 punishment tiers. THere are 2 chat restrictions, those limit the ability of writing in a way that should make it impossible for those players to get a new punishment while it is active. If they still get it they were out for it. Then there is a 14 day ban. During those 2 weeks they have enough time to think about their behaviour. After those 2 weeks if they still act out they dont want to change. If they still act out they get a permaban, RIot sees they dont want to improve and wants them out. To the meter you describe in 2. I doubt this will improve behaviour. People will use it to always be on the edge and allow them to see how much they can flame. To point 3. Multiple reports dont do more than 1 report. The system automatically reviews cases. There isnt´more danger from premades than there is from single players. To point 5. Chat is still a big part of the game and community. Removing it entirely would be a great loss.

About streamers. If they were to monitor what people say on their stream they would have to monitor all league streams to not discriminate people. That is just impossible.

If you want to discuss your case we need your chatlogs and information about your punishment history. Would probably be better to make a new post for that.
