I'm so sick of this

My account was hacked like..3 months ago. Since then I've been back and forth with Riot about it. I had a chat ban for 8 games because of how nasty the hacker was. I couldn't get hextech items. Because of that chat ban I have a strike on my account and can never get the gifts they give to good players. After about 7 emails and a permanent account ban, I thought we finally had everything figured out. It was fine for a couple weeks. I come back from my birthday vacation to see my account has been suspended AGAIN.

Due to the severity of this violation, your League of Legends account has been banned until Mon Feb 22 22:22:22 UTC 2100

IT'S SO SEVERE YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT IT IS?!

Yes, I put in a ticket for this. I just need to rant because I am so sick of this. I've had this account since 2012 and I've always had a clean record. Now because of one dick playing games on my account for two days, I might lose everything including over $1000 worth of purchases.

What the fuck is going on with this support team?

I've changed my log in info several times.

I'm pretty sure 2100 is an account security lockout ban. You can google it. They auto-ban the account if they suspect someone has hacked it. Are you sure they're not hacking your e-mail and grabbing the info from there when you change your log-in info?

The original permanent suspension was part of the procedure for account security as well. Support immediately locks the account if someone reports that it has been compromised. If you haven't changed the password and login information on your email account, I would recommend changing that immediately.

As far as hextech crafting, that won't actually take long before you are able to earn loot again, once everything is resolved. It usually only takes a couple weeks of playing games with good behavior to work off the 10 game chat restriction, as it's the lowest level of punishment.

Hopefully Support will get back with you soon and let you know what has happened. Perhaps the person who originally hacked your account tried to get back into it?

well, they do and should need to be careful to not release the account back to the hacker.
