Giving up, insulting your teammates (calling them "brainless" and "bronzies"), and being overall negative? Yeah, this'd merit a punishment, and based on your punishment history, can merit a ban as that punishment.

This looks like it has timestamps because riot support gave it to you. If you want to show us your original conversation with riot support, posting screenshots is the way to go, as the link doesn't work.
