Is Low Priority Queue Really Necessary for BOT Play?
Hello,
I'm a very casual player that plays LoL Bot matches to pass time and relieve stress. At times I can have unexpected company or things that need to be taken care of that supersede staying in the game for the last 5 minutes or having to all out bail, but that's why I play bots.
Bots are used for training or just general easy enjoyment. Why is there a punishment for being AFK or leaving? It's not PVP where the entire team can fail from one defunct player, nor does anybody care, since everybody claims 'NBD, it's bots'.
I've been placed on a low priority Queue of 5 matches for 20 minutes each. A full hour of wait time for matches that take 15mins or less. This is absolutely absurd. I've put a lot of money into this free game and I just want to play to unwind.
There should not be such punishing restrictions for a game mode that is borderline irrelevant in the LoL universe. Having somebody wait longer than the duration of a typical game, just causes me to close the game and play something else.
Real life happens. Things come up. To punish real life time to wait to play a non-competitive game mode makes me stop playing this game. I seldom leave games, but to accumulate this and punish is redundant. I fully understand PVP or even champ screen leaving punishment, but like everybody says... "it's bots". Please stop wasting time for unimportant results.
