Riot's banning system is actually broken

So I've probably reported about 50-80 people that have told me to kill myself, call me a %%%%%%, or say some dumb shit like they'd kill my parents over the course of the 6 years I've played this game and none of them have ever gotten banned or even a chat restriction. I've only lashed out 4 times and every time i do i get banned for it. Your PBE server is even worse, with people getting into arguments over dumb shit and quitting after giving 10 kills. Most of the toxicity in PBE doesn't even come from English speaking players most of it is Spanish speaking and Asian speaking players because they don't think they wont get banned because people wont understand what they are saying. I've been called a fucking fat american %%%%%%-bug (what ever the fuck that is) by a Korean and a Mexican that said he'd get his uncle who is in the cartel to come find me and execute me in front my parents, reported both... neither one was banned. This company has gotten lazy when it comes to balancing champions fixing bugs and banning toxic and inting players.

So, you think the system is broken, because you somehow have a crystal ball that tells you when others get punished and what kind of punishment they got?

Ps.: You do not always see the IFS popup when somebody gets punished, so if you did not ask them in PM, or did not stalk them on OP.GG or something like this, you can not know for sure if they got banned or not.

You getting banned for toxic behaviour is clearly an indicator, that they do care about ingame toxicity, don't you think?

I think it's working just fine judging by the amount of new materials I see daily. Since what is on this board is probably only a small % but that means as a whole the ban system is working as intended.

Couple days ago I got a notification that one of my report resulted in a punishment and that felt great. 😂

The punishment feedback system is garbage. I doubt it works properly even 5% of the time, and when it does it will only tell you a player has been punished when the stars align and everything falls perfectly into place.
