Riot perma bans are unfair

Dear riot please fix your staff, they have zero clue what they are doing. Today i got a Perma ban for typing kys to another player that could the language swedish. In Sweden kyss means kiss but the guy who rewiew the game have no clue about that altough i typed it after in the game chat so he would understand and also riot fix your support. When u go to support u wanna talk to a human and not a bot with an IQ of 3. So riot my question to you is how can you belive that this is a perma ban. If i were u i would sort your shit togheter and fix this unfair system. // Brukay

I find it hard to believe when people say they used that acronym (or any variations of it) in a way that doesn't represent its actual meaning, so posting your chat logs would help us see the context behind your usage of that term.

But what if somebody misunderstood you, and they kill themselves in the moment they see a bad word? According to the PB Boards probably hundreds or millions commit sudoku every milisecond because they see a bad word. Do not make this statistics even worse!

See, you don't think about people like these, you only think about yourself.... Next time do not use chat at all, thats the only safe way.
