Question regarding bannable offenses
Hey guys, first post on this forum. Also not a native speaker, so excuse my spelling errors etc.
Just got out of a mid/high gold ranked game with our midlane Ryze refusing to communicate with the rest of our team at all. That in itself isn't bannable behavior, we all have our /mute all's from time to time so i dont really care about him not communicating his intentions to the team.
However, on top of not communicating he also decided that he didnt want to participate in any team calls, or rather actively tried not to listen to anything the team asked him to do. When someone told him to get bot wave he went top for krugs, when people wanted him to help at drake he went base with full life, when i asked if he was doing it on purpose he flashed in place and tp'ed onto a minion next to him.
This led to me loosing my cool (my bad, not defending my actions) and telling the team, that the game was most likely lost and i wouldn't try to win anymore aswell.
After the game, our toplaner informed me, he screenshot my statement and would write a ticket on me, which AGAIN im also completely fine with as it was reasonable for him to be mad at me for giving up on the game and not trying anymore.
Now my questions:
- Did this ryze do anything worth of a ban? He didn't type at all (ergo he didn't actually SAY he wasnt trying to win). If i get a suspension or sth similiar i will post the chatlogs here to verify.
- Could I (maybe starting today) actively sabotage games as long as i do not admit to any of it via toxic chat or pings and also expect not to be puinished in any way?
- Is there a riot system that can detect suspicious player stats (e.g. 3k dmg on ryze in a 25 minute game)?
