\3. People who flame others thinking they are trolling, but just actually accusing them of trolling. When in truth the "troll" just sucks or is having a bad game.

Flamers and intentional feeders/trolls are both toxic; the latter by a great measure more, but it's not a matter of if one is more toxic than the other. Both are toxic, and both deserve punishment.

As for the fact that you assert, while I know full well that the amount of trolls/intentional feeders who do manage to get away with their misbehavior is unfortunately more than there should be, I have to call into question if it actually is most cases go unpunished, or if it's actually somewhere closer to a tenuous middle-ground.

Pedantic nonsense aside, my point remains; it's not an either/or statement. Both behaviors are toxic, and both deserve (and ultimately get) punishment.

Don't let the PB boards fool you; majority of the playerbase considers inting to be more toxic, or inting/trolling wouldn't be a 14 day ban

You are assuming that if they stop banning people for flaming, suddenly they will be able to catch every troll with 100% accuracy. It is two different systems that have nothing to do with each other.

trolls and inters are worst of course.

but then flamers feeds those since real trolls and inters wants angry/salty teammates , and sometimes flamers create them.

i once ignored my adc draven who inted to spite me and was trying to get as much exp/gold and hope other lanes are doing good , next respawn he started csing under tower normally , i still reported him but if i flamed him that game he would int more.

anyway the main reason inters dont get punished often is because they are hard to detect since you need to see the intent first which a bot can never see that easily.

What's more common to see in boards:

  1. Posts complaining about people who played bad games not getting punished for inting after kids flame them all game and report them.
  2. Posts with actual fucking ideas to do something about their perceived "problem" with "trolls."

I think inting itself is more toxic. The quantity or frequency of bans for that has nothing to do with it. Thats in your head. Thats your perception based on very limited data. You built up this idea that SOOO many of them never get punished and decided that's a good place to direct your frustration. For me, I have no idea how many get punished. 10% 50% 70%? I have no fucking clue. So its not toxic to me. The inting itself is toxic. Luckily, inting is a very rare event that I witness in my games. And last time I saw it, it was an enemy that was inting, so it doesnt linger as a terrible moment in my head lol. But it was bad enough that I remember it at least, because i dont wanna play a pointless 4v6. So unfortunately, I have to vote for constantly flame... I wish there was just an option for thinking inting is more toxic.
