Game Remakes

So recently I went into a match, and when the game was loading my internet disconnected, so I had to wait for it to reboot so I could join the game. But immediately after I joined the other players had voted for a "remake", even though i just had reconnected. This happened before the game was even 5 minutes, and a player who joins a bit late can easily recover the lost xp and cs. Now I know that the other people don't know if the dc'd player will even reconnect, so I guess I can understand that, but it's just annoying when you join a bit late and the other players already decided to end the game, so you have to restart and in most cases you also get a ban. So what I'm asking is that you put the "remake" option a bit later in the game, say, 5 minutes or something like that, so that people who just need to reconnect can do that, plus, after 5 minutes everyone knows the person isn't coming back, unlike at the third minute, where the other player could be rejoining. So please, consider what I'm saying and if there's a solution, please do that. If anyone else also has an opinion you can comment.
