Is stupidly flawed. You will chat restrict for 15-25 games for talking back to someone who is already insulting ones self, however I play a game with a Yuumi that literally walks mid (she isn't assigned Mid btw.) first minute of the game, ints, does this 3x then leaves game. I check their profile and they have done this THE PAST TWENTY GAMES, yet they are not banned. Fix your system. Who the hell cares about chat. There are mute buttons and profanity filters. Get rid of these dumbasses legitimately ruining the game.
