I like how intentional feeders are never punished

I've reported them so many times but I've never gotten the notification that they've been dealt with. But, when I do report someone for verbal abuse, I usually get that notification. Plus, those inters often show up in my other games so I know nothing has happened to them. Is riot honestly ok with people inting? In my 5 years of playing league, I've never seen anyone get punished for it.

There are two explainations for what you are experiencing:

  1. Inting detection is currently tuned to the cautious side to prevent accidentally punishing innocent people.

  2. You have the incorrect idea of what inting is and are making false reports.

Since you said you reported so many of them, and inting doesnt happen that often, I'm more geared towards you having an incorrect perception of what inting is.

Trolls and inters do get banned but because they're getting smarter about how they avoid detection (and because Riot wants to try to avoid punishing innocent players as much as possible) it's harder to catch them in the act compared to simple chat-related offenses. Gameplay related offenses when proven to be on purpose are assigned a 2-week ban as the first punishment. In case you don’t believe me on this point here are a couple examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it’s just a few examples, but it proves that they do get punished.

Youmuus once got banned for ending a game 3/18/2. He won that game. The deaths were doing to him perma splitpushing and dying of the consequence of getting caught because of that. He was like top 2 or 3 in that games in terms of gold and took 4 or 5 of the 10 turrets his team has taken down in the end. Now obviously this cannot be called intentional feeding and the ban was lifted a little down the river, but games like these are the reason riot cannot just ban anyone who has a outrages score in one game.
