I am a smurf from Platinum , but when I get to another new account I am stuck on Silver , when I play sup my bot always wins, but the real problem is my top always feed, and they thinks they are so good, does not even care about it. Either they afk or feed and blamed on me, but the other 3 said I am playing like a god, top is the only problem. I literally reported those kind of players for like 3 times, either in the website or after the game, but there is no response every single time. I just wish I can get feedback sometime, not all the time, but at least show me some progress when you guys actually dealing with it. Trying to make the environment better.

If someone is playing bad they don’t care. If it’s on purpose they do care, but still probably won’t do anything about it.

Players are not going to be punished just because you lost a game. Period.

I don't have a problem with smurfs, but if you want to play with people at your REAL level, play on your main. You're playing in Silver, people are going to fuck up. Being bad isn't against the rules. Think about the experience you're creating for them, instead of the other way around.
