I play Rumble a lot, he's my secret main, while my real main is Janna. Now I have enough BE to get a name change.
Would it be against the rules to take the name "Tristana in Heat?" or "Touch My Monsoon?" My friends want me to use it because of the good laugh everyone can have after loading in, but I don't wanna break any rules if it's too obscene.
Ive seen similar and nobody usually minds unless it starts going into vulgar or racial problems. Those are neither, so you wouldnt need to worry.
I mean, every person is different. You would be better off submitting a support ticket to ask Riot.
I've seen far far worse names with rank so go for it. all they'll do is make you change it, or change it for you. (most likely)
Dude I have legit seen names more messed up with that... I'm sure that some of them eventually got reported enough that RIOT changed their names, but still... I've seen "PLS KYS THX" as a name, "Kiss my cannon", also, there are some really, in my opinion, stupid words that are banned from being used in user-names. "Patriot" is not allowed... I was trying to make an account called "Fork the Patriots" after the Super Bowl, and it wouldn't let me. lol The name rules are kinda silly in a lot of areas. How is someone allowed to make that names like the one I posted first, but "Patriot" is a banned word? How is KYS not banned as a game thing but Patriot is.
