Got Perma ban for a stupid reason

This chat log is out of context. Let me explain how it came to the kys part. I was playing a ranked game and I din't had the best score. I was 1/3 playing mid. So eventually when the 5v5 aram style start happening our adc got mad because I took all the farm. Then he typed that I should not take any farm because im useless and hes feed. I told him to farm at sidelane or just get good at last hitting as a joke. I din't expect him to actually go side lane solo because they had 2 assassins that was fed. After a few deaths withing mins I asked him why he went to sidelane alone. He said because I said so. Then I asked if I told him to kys would you? I expected him to say no but he instead said yes. After when he said yes I never said the word kys. I even tried to convince him to not do everything people say. The part while I said "must be sad to be u" was because before the game ended he flamed because i took the mid farm and that was my response to him flaming me.

The reason why Im posting here I posted a ticket and got a bot as respons and I want to hear others opinions if this was deserved perma ban or not.
