Last year Riot extended the deadline for End of Season Rewards for people who've been chat restricted. I reached honor level 5 two months ago and recently received a 10 game chat restriction. Unfortunately I dropped to Honor Level 1 and I'm curious If there's going to be another extension this year?
No. There will be no extension this year. The extension was provided as a one time “bridge” between the old system which was based on a specific date and the new system based on honor.
Unlikely. They mention twice there that it’d be a “one-time” extension.

They only did that last year because they didn't tell anyone that there was going to be an Honor Level requirement for the Ranked rewards. This year people should have been aware that it was going to happen, so they are out of luck.
I don't think you'd even have enough time dude, season literally ends in 30 hours.

Ah, I'm in the same predicament as you. I got a 10-game chat restriction around 2 weeks ago for one game where I displayed negative behavior, didn't say any personal insults or slurs, but was super negative the entire game due to an intentional griefer. Just gotta suck it up and make sure to never slip up again next season.
