Permanent Ban????

I woke up this morning to log in and play some LOL and got an email saying my account was banned for 3rd party malicious software. I don't use hacking software and just installed the game again last weekend after being off for a year. I have invested a ton of time and money into this game and can't believe this is happening. Can I send a copy of my game client or something? Please help me! I am not a cheater.

Your match history looks like more than one person was playing on the account. Flash switched from d to f.
