Impossible to improve in the current state of league.

Hi, I've been playing this game for a good while now, I joined back in S4, played through S5, then quit, and have just now rejoined for S8. I am at the point where I can consistently do well in a Normal Blind Pick or Draft Pick (31/5/9, 23/1/5, 9/0/2, 3 games in a row, for example) however, I chose to finally join the ranked scene and upon entering, it was the most toxic experience I've had to date. I only played about 8 games and on three occasions people boasted about how they were smurfing and saying "S**tty Bronze Kiddies", etc.. This I can handle, yet when it gets to the point that 100% of the games have one person that carries the entire team, reporting 20+ elims, every game, it's not easy to climb the ladder. I get "ELO Hell" but this isn't just about ELO, this is about smurfs ruining the game and I wanted to drop my 2 cents.
