I was Perma banned after having my behaviour reset for 1 bad game

So i was playing ranked against a vlad as riven. i got a 1v1 trade and we both died. then i tped back and we did it again. my jungler tells me i need to play safe. i say yeah and i stay under tower all game. then he keeps telling me im a feeder and i should play safe(note i was under tower whole game) my jungler never came and i pointed it out. then he kept saying it (Never used vulgar language either not a single swear word) then draven (his premade) kept callling me a feeder so i said muted and muted him did graves kept flaming me for no reason and then i just told him i was playing safe all game what do you want me to do and stuff but then i got reported by probably 3 people exept kennen he was nice and understanding. i reported the flamers but then i got the perma ban message. note that i wasnt on thin ice anymore since i got the good behaviour message and had my honor leveld up again. Yet after 1 bad game i got perma'd and im in tears right now seeing i put so much time into this account. i really want a second cchance and an explanation on how i got perma'd after 1 game even tho i had good behaviour.

PS. this was 2 months after my 2 week ban and i have only been showing good behaviour since then and barely used the chat just out of fear that this would happen, and yet it did after 1 game

Another example of the overzealous nature of the automated system. Evidence for it's completely overhaul. Or you're going to be swimming in a community of fearful silence.

i'm usually happy to see toxic kids get banned, but this seems pretty harsh given that chatlog, sorry dude

That's not how it works, but I agree RIot could be more transparent about it.

You're still on thin ice. The message is there in the hopes that you continue to improve your behaviour. No message tells you when you aren't on thin ice anymore.

No one can give you an explanation unless you post your chatlogs.

After reading the logs, I truly dont think you should have been perma banned... Riot's system is bullshit. Sorry man. You can submit a ticket but I doubt it will work. They rarely give permabanned accounts back.

This one seems a bit odd to me. There's some minor stuff that isn't GREAT, but I'm a bit surprised that this one could trigger a permanent ban by itself.

I'd send a ticket in to Player Support. They might be able to help you out here if you're nice and polite, or at least explain whether there were other games (or pre- or post-game chat) that might not have made it into the chat log. As-is this looks like something I'm surprised to see on a permanent ban, although I can see some things that probably triggered the system.

You don't get banned for false reports, and it is unlikely you would get reported for feeding when snowballing lanes and situations like that happen often.

Riot is a bunch of idiots. They promote this toxic environment. EASY FIX, Tell everyone to USE THE MUTE BUTTON if they don't like what someone is saying in chat... Don't BAN ANYONE AND YOU WON'T HAVE TROLLS TRYING TO TILT PEOPLE TO GET THEM BANNED. IF YOU GAMIFY GETTING PPL BANNED, WATCH WHAT HAPPENS! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS!

Ok my ticket was replied to and apperently what i did was considered "retaliating" which is reportable i guess and even after 2 months of good behaviour u are still on thin ice
