Account got hacked and permanently banned

I recently got banned for "using third party" apps. With further investigation I found out that my account has been hacked and multiple ranked games had been played. The only app I use is blitz, so I am sure someone has hacked into the my account using banned third party applications. I have submitted a support ticket in the mean time. Any help is appreciated!
