I would like to know if anything would be done if I report them?

At some point during the last 6 months (maybe a bit more or a bit less) accounts in my FL that hadn't been online for ages have come on again, most of them 30 lvl since they hadn't played since the leveling shit changed. Is there any reason I should report them?

If you have reason to believe an account is compromised, you can either contact the person off league and recommend they contact Riot, or you can contact Riot who will place a protective lock on the account until the original owner recovers it (after which there will be no lasting mark on the account)

I report it so their account can be protected from further damage. If they want to return, it's easier for them to unlock the account when less damage has been done.
