I got hacked and then banned for scripting

Hello guys,

i have a huge problem and i hope to find some help here. This is my first post ever. My main language is german so sorry for this probably bad englisch :D I made this account because of this problem, but i will start telling you know:

Quick said: I got perma banned, because i "scripted or used 3rd party programms." And i KNOW that ive been hacked and this hacker did these things.

I know that every true scripter will deny the fact, that he actually scripted, but let me explain why it is OBVIOUS, that i didnt scripted and got hacked.

A few days ago, when i queued up in a normal draft, something strange happend to me:

At the starting of the champion select i got the message, that another Pc just logged into my account. A second later my client closed automaticly.

My friends, wich i queued up with, said, that the champ select is still running and i hovered a champion (wich is impossible because my client was closed)

I instantly logged myself back into my account and was able to join the champion select and ban/pick champions.

I was able to play the whole normal game without any issues and never thought about the things, that happened before, again.

2 Days later i wanted to log myself into my account again and got the message that i was perma banned because of using 3rd party software (known as scripting).

I looked into my Match History at LoLKing and saw 6 ranked games i never played. In these games Kalista was played two times wich i never played in my life in ranked or even in normal. Same with Karthus wich was played one time. Then we have here one Yasuo game. Its been a loooong time since i played him legit in ranked. The only legit champs are Varus and Cassiopeia. But its been a while that i played these champs aswell.

To summarize:

I got hacked and my account got banned for something an other person did.

I have more reasons for you, that i wouldnt even think about scripting:

  1. First thing: I love League of Legends. Damn i really love it, i love the champions, the lores, the gameplay, the tournaments. I just love it. And i hate it when someone comes and destroys the fun from the game with scripting or flaming.

  2. I spent about 400-500 € in this account.

  3. The ranked season 9 starts soon. Wouldnt it be logical when i start scripting when the new season starts, so i can climb really fast?

  4. This reason goes together with reason 3. Why would i script in a normal draft? You dont get anything except a bit blue essences and maybe some honors for winning a normalgame.

I hope you understand my situation and why im very sad and angry about this whole topic. I already sent a ticket to the german Riotgames support. They didnt responded yet.

What are your thoughts about this? Im scared that i lose my account for such a unlucky thing!

If you're the actual account owner you won't lose your account over this. I had someone login to my account, use my last skin refund, and gift themselves or a friend a skin. I got it sorted out very quickly as soon as I verified I was the true account holder, and I expect something similar for you as well.

Question, why didn't you immediately chnage the password after the first incident that you witnessed first hand?

Unfortunately, there's not much we can do for you here on Boards. This is something you'll have to sort out with support and hope for the best. It isn't a simple issue, purely because they cannot know for sure whether or not your account actually got hacked, or if you're just using that as a shield. Give them some time to respond and they'll guide you through the rest of the process.

Sorry dude. Hopefully you can get it sorted out with support. They should have logs showing two IP addresses logged in at once, one of which has never logged on to the account, and take it from there. I'm not sure why they wouldn't do that before banning you to begin with.

the ticket system is TOO SLOW you will not be able to play ranked at the beginning of the season sadly bro.

Well I don't think your account is going back to you. Recently on the boards there is a high amount of posts like these with screenshots from a conversation with riot support. Judging by the outcome of their cases they will just say something like this: "sorry we have a 0 tolerance policy against cheaters/hackers/flamers should have protected your account better xD". No authenticator in 2k19 btw.

Hey guys, i was just perma banned. I have been offline for a while, maybe 2 months or so and i try to log in and see I have been perma banned. My name was changed to "slaughterjews" and said I was caught using third party software and said there is no way of getting my account back due to this. (According to the message) Please tell me that's not the case, my account must have been hacked and i spent so much money on the game. its not fair, please help me.

lol fam i feel your pain, the exact situation that you explained happened to me. but happened to me 5 years ago on this account, i havent been active on league for a while some guy hacked my account and was playing ranked games with scripts and got my account permabanned. i tried to get it appealed, but league said it was my fault that it was compromised and nothing happened ever since.

this happned to me too now and i dont know what to do i have to do i have played leauge for 4 years and i love the game too and never thoutgh to hack and now my my acc is banned :(

I had the same incident happen to me. The reason why It said I was banned for scripting was that my account was hacked. I sent a live support ticket and got it covered in 5 mins after verifying that I was the actual owner. It would be a different case if the hacker actually scripted but other times, you just get the 3rd party ban because someone hacked into your account and the system flagged it.

Same thing just happened to me, someone hacked into my account and play 3 rounds of ranked solo with a champ i never use, katarina, and absolutely destroyed the other team. Well i logged in today and found that im perma banned. So hopefully riot can make this right.

You'd just have to wait for support to reply to you. It'll typically take 24-48 hrs on NA. Not sure about EUW.

but there are 2 recent riven gams did ungey your account back?
