The way people like to talk about low tier players

I really wondering about the ranked community as a whole. You can play the game and someone, if they are even a tier higher then you in the ranked system apparently have the ability to talk to you like you cant play the game. "Trash silver player" I've been ranked for like a whole week and this is the kinda of talk that anyone higher than me seems to think they are gifted. I get that you are a higher tier and you've probably earned it but that gives you ZERO right to talk down on other players. calling other players trash does not help anyone get better Plat 1 or Silver 5 we should all have the same respectful mindset. Its not that hard to say good play or be happy, do we not play video games for fun also? [sg-lux-2]

OK, but if a Bronze/Silver player tells me that Lux has sustained damage instead of burst..... Sometimes you have to pull out the "higher elo" card when they start getting argumentative and irrational.

the whole purpose is for you to trigger other players in a way that makes it possible to report them with the end goal that they get a perma ban<

My gf is bronze. I know there are reasons for that.

Like most girls I met, she is not interested in the game. This is the core issue.
She doesn't speak english to any extent.
She doesn't care what items/masteries/champion stats do.
She kinda knows what volibear's skills do. Without numbers.
She can't lasthit. She gains any gold only when she jungles.
Her mouse is shit and she likes it, because it looks pretty.
She struggles to understand why she shouldn't afk for facebook.

What opinion about bronze players should I have? They don't care about winning the game - they don't take it seriously, they have anger management and connection issues, no mechanics and game knowledge.

Of course I am going to look down upon them. Why not?

It's not about whether they have the right to look down on other players or not. Some people will. It's pathetic, really. So you're better at a video game than me? Is this really what you want to brag about? Is your life so empty that this is how you have to fill the void? I'll just keep playing for enjoyment and mattering in the real world.

The people that say those things are probably also tilted or toxic. Just mute them when you see the first form of toxicity from them and keep on playing. If they say that to you then they won’t be a good source of help on the gameplay parts of league if you are looking for ways to get better. Focus on your own gameplay and don’t look at the chat of the toxic people in your games.

Yes you should be allowed to look down upon inferior players, that's what people have been doing for literally the entirety of the existence of video games

If being called a noob or scrub legitimately hurts your feelings, I think you should reevaluate what you find important

The way i see it is that you can view yourself better than lower tier players, like if you were gold or plat looking at bronze or silver.

I would only trash talk someone if they trash talk me in the first place. I also sometime base it off of how long someones been in a certain rank like if someone were to be hardstuck diamond for around 5 years. It can be cringy to see what lower players to do as a player who is better than them.

I may also sometimes give a tip in norms depending on how the player acts.
