Got permanently banned

So I had a game where my midlaner started to ping and flame me and I started to defend myself because come on, why people dont realize that if your teammate does something wrong there is no need to start flaming him I know I could just mute them but I was too pissed off, and even when I started to flame them back I rarely used any insults, literally only 2 times Meanwhile whole team starts to flame me I also know that perma ban wont expire and there is no unban, but I really do hope that my midlaner and adc will be banned too. "The vast majority of players agree that League's an intense, competetive game, everyone deserves respect on the Rift." But do I, Riot?

That would've been the best thing to do, mute and report them after game.

2 times is already more than enough, the number should be 0. It's likely you had a 14-day previously already? If so the 2 insults is enough to warrant a permaban pretty much since it's the final warning.

While there is no way to confirm it, it is highly likely they have gotten a chat restrict/ban depending on their offence/offences in the past.

Yes. If you reported them, the system will judge their behavior and apply an appropriate action based on their current standing in the punishment system.
