I got pern ban injustice

So i how do i get offf pern ban i got pern ban when i was not cussing nor did anything worng cuz i had the 1r day ban then i got ban when tis neeko was very toxic call me disable i have wasted money in tis game so i waz like okay got ban ill never be toxic so i watched my word then in one game tis neeko really get me mad i dont say anything offensive to her but i get pern ban and ahe does not even get punished
