As I told you in your previous thread:
You don't always get the Instant Feedback Report if a player gets punished. It's generally unreliable, because it's not meant to tell you "Ding! A player got punished!" - it's meant to be an infrequent notification to reassure you that your reports matter.
The Instant Feedback Report is unreliable - you're not guaranteed to get it if a player you reported was punished. It's not supposed to tell you "hey, these reports went through and resulted in a punishment against these players, while these didn't", it's supposed to be an occasional reminder that your reports matter.
...yet SOMEHOW i got banned the next day after the game i played in first part of my discussion. ( over an idiotic word that people somehow accepted as an racist insult toward asian people ...)
I still don't understand how you couldn't know that it was racist. You claim it was a 9gag meme - how on earth could you not know that it had to be awful and offensive in some capacity? It's 9gag. That place has a reputation for being offensive.
On top of that, nobody really laughs at jokes they don't understand. Outside of absurdist humor (which this doesn't fall under), you'll rarely ever joke about something you don't understand.
