How long does it take to get from Honor level 1 to honor level 2?

I got a chat restriction all the way back in early March. Before this I was honor level 3 and while I do partly agree with the ban because I was flaming my inting teammates but I didn't say anything that toxic but whatever. So I just got honor level 1 after months of playing and was wondering is it possible for me to get honor level 2 before the end of the season considering it took so long to get honor level 1? I don't play a ton compared to my other friends (1 has 1,000+ games this season just in solo/duo). I have 434 games in Solo/Duo and 5v5 flex combined. I do think ARAM is the best place to get honors but even then I'm not sure if I can get honor level 2 considering the season ends in a couple months, which sucks because I got gold for the first season (I didn't play that much before). Do you have any tips for getting honor besides obviously not inting, being a good teamate, honoring other people and playing good obviously.
