Who can I talk to..?

I was hoping to be able to send an email to somebody at Riot containing the post game lobby chat logs from an ARAM I just played with some intensely toxic language. This individual seems to believe that you can say whatever you want in post game because it doesn't get checked but I had heard somewhere that if you say in your report to check post game lobby that it can get checked (which I did) but if not, I would like to be in touch with someone at Riot who can help take appropriate action. If nothing comes of this, then fine, but I feel like if the non-toxic players of league can all do a little help with trimming out the toxic players then we can get to a much happier league of legends.
