First, read it yourself. Now, ask yourself - if you were being treated this way, would you not feel that the person doing so is toxic?

That's certainly an option. I won't try to make you choose any given path, but an alternative would be to figure out why this is unacceptable, where it came from, and how to avoid doing it in the future.

Line three, and you're already threatening and harassing players. If you want to dissolve a situation, threats aren't going to do anything, they'll just escalate it. If you don't know how to properly dissolve other player's toxicity, then your best option is to just mute them, report them, and move on.

Accusing teammates of feeding (harassment), accusing teammates of flaming (presumably in /all chat, also harassment), and continued negativity regarding (what I can only assume was) Shen's refusal to swap Champions with you. That's pretty damn toxic, and pretty damn petty, to boot.
Also, it's kind of ironic that you followed "I TRIED TO SWAP YOU IDIOT" pretty quickly with this:

Aaaaaand the icing on the cake. What the actual fuck? In what world would you consider this okay to tell someone? In what universe? It's ignorant, asinine, and incredibly toxic.
You claimed you were "trying to help", but I see nothing of the sort in these chat logs. You flamed, harassed, belittled and demeaned your teammates over petty shit, and somehow you don't think this is toxic? You need a serious, and I do mean Serious, with a capital S, Serious attitude readjustment, because if this is how you normally "help", then you are surely a detriment to whoever you try to aid.

For fucking one, throwing a goddamn swear in every shitty sentence isn't against the fuckin' rules. Only when it's directed at someone is a line crossed (examples: "You piece of shit", "fuck you, asshole", "you worthless bastard").
Second, counterflame is still flame. It doesn't matter if someone else started it, if you participate, you are as bad as the other flamer. When you start counterflaming, three to eight other people now have to deal with two flamers barking and spewing hate at each other.
I didn't even report anyone because I was too frustrated just wanted to get out of the lobby.
This is probably the only thing I can understand, because it happens to me too. I get pissed off from people being assholes, and I feel like I should report them, but for my anger getting the better of me I skip out.
Either way, though, your behavior in this match was inexcusable. If you still want to keep your account and reform, I'd advise you completely rethink your attitude when it comes to helping people and dealing with other players.
