That was what happened I want to know what I get the chat restriction but these kids dont get banned for inting make sense game?

You and everyone else who gets a chat restriction, it's always for nothing, yeah? You're level 31. If this is your first account, I encourage you to listen closely - change your behavior patterns now or you're going to have a real hard time with this game and you're going to lose your account. As another person commented, you need to stay focused on the game and not on your teammates who are feeding.

If someone is intentionally feeding, don't talk to them and report them after the game. If they're just doing poorly stop giving them shit like you did during this entire game.

inting is harder for the system to see. and usually doesn't get picked up.

if you reported the person for this then the system will flag it as needing a look over

as for your chat; this is loose harassment and negativity

the fact that you kept this chat going for some time while the match was going on meant you weren't 100% focused on it

as a future tip, if you are having problems with what someone is saying, just mute them and ignore them. better to say nothing than to flame

Because you're a first time ADC wanting people to "chill out" when coming at you, but you wanna keep talking about how the Karthus sux. LoL!!

But real talk from what I'm seeing you kept talking about them. And just because a person keeps dying doesn't mean they are intentionally feeding the enemy team. Inting is when they run directly into their turret, past the enemies to where the enemies run back and start hitting them just to get that hit in so it's not an executed. That's inting.

If someone is feeding, whatever. But I do understand a fed Hecarim. Nobody has time for Raid Boss Hecarim.

That's why I'd assume you got a chat ban. Though I will say this... you left out what the players said. So without that context you seem pretty "I wanna talk shit so badly, and don't care." I get where you're coming from. I understand emotions, and would not have cared. I get on people when they get like you. I say "Tell me what you want and quit talking about me." That gets people to shut up and just tell me what they want.
