This system isn't god and its not perfect, If someones trying to talk about their case stop fucking dissing and downvoting them like their toxic af, and they're not telling the whole story. this company isn't your god who you worship, some people have obvious cases where their innocent
No system is perfect. That said, I've been playing League since the beta, and I have never once had a chat restriction, temporary or permanent ban. I generally avoid weighing in on anyone else's ban appeal, but most of the time they tend to incriminate themselves.

Earlier today someone posted up a "y u ban me rito" thread and it turns out they had berated someone else for KS'ing them, and then said he was going to run down the mid lane to feed the enemy team.
It is hard to have sympathy when the cases I see tend to be self-fulfilling.
If the perma-ban was false, then it wouldn't be hard for the person to submit a support ticket and have it reviewed.
Typically, non-toxic players are at least reasonable enough to use the proper channels _before _ complaining about it on the Boards, so we don't see them.
Anyways, I'm pretty sure actual Riot employees review the account history before issuing the perma-ban, primarily using the automated system to flag it for review and automate lesser punishments.

"Hey i want this guy Permanent Banned cause he ruined my Promos, He was Toxic, He did not play right, I hate him so much i want to get him perma banned(All of this are examples)"
This is what the community has been doing for many months and yes they ware victims they only cannot do anything cause they don't have the evidence in there favor......

Yes, I got false reported twice this weej, after my 25 game chat restriction. I haven't been punished yet, thank God, but I know these games are subject to review.
One reported game was me being bullied by my mid, and I didn't retaliate. I might have defended myself or asked him to not be meab, but I didn't retaliate.
Another game was the enemy support and jungle calling me a little * shortly after I called tahm overpowered. I then said I called a champ OP. I didn't call you names. They still ripped me a new one with their insults, and they both false reported me after the game.
I would not be surprised if I try to log on tonight and see a punishment. This game is full of bullied and liars and I am close to reforming and leaving instead of reforming and staying.

Oh, and if you are playing jungle, you get bullied in so many losses. Its just natural to be verbally abused in losses as jungle.
I have only heard of two permabans that were overturned. The first was someone got hacked and they were able to prove it, that guy got his account back. The other one is a player was playing a game with a Riot employee. During that game this player did something to piss that employee off (I'm not sure what exactly it was). After the game that employee permabanned that player. The permaban was overturned and the employee was fired. It has happened but it's super rare (near as I can tell).
Are you really not picking up how toxic people are based on the way they write their posts and their chat logs?
