I was in a game and decided to go adc and i had a troll teemo support that stole my cs etc now i never said a single swear word i just muted my team and went on to say "report the teemo for trolling" now both the teemo and his buddy evellyn reported me for "harassment" and i get punished for saying report teemo when he needed to be reported for obvious reason just shows how little fucks riot gives about acually looking into reports.

You must’ve said something else lol I’ve never gotten a chat restriction and I said worse things.
You don’t just get chat restriction after a single game, the ban system does not work like that, you have to had said more then what you said, and been toxic before hand.
Calling for reports of others does count as a form of harassment. All it ever takes is your own report to flag a game for review, so you never need to publicly draw negative attention to anyone.
