Wrongfully permanantly banned for third party hacks due to a visual bug in my favor
I logged in to my account today to see that I was permanently banned for scripting. the only thing I can possibly think of flagging a hack detection system to my account would be a visual bug I experienced yesterday. I was laning against a fiddlesticks and his recall animation was visible on my screen even though he was not within my vision while the animation was playing, I think the bug was caused by the animation starting to play just before he left my vision but I don't remember if that is accurate, I do not have a good memory. Either way, I pinged deeper in the lane to signal my support and pinging an action that I cannot technically see may have set off the bot.
There was an incident a few days ago where someone who was not me played a single game of URF as akali on my account without my knowledge, so I changed my password after seeing it to ensure it did not happen again and have not had incident since. I do not believe this to be the cause of the ban because as far as OP.gg will tell me they AFK'd that entire game, additionally, this was long enough ago that I don't think the ban would have only come through now.
The message for a permanant ban states directly that "this action will not be reversed", however the message also distinctly lacks any specific incident or bannable offence besides "scripting" or general hacks. This is likely done to prevent hackers from pinpointing what exactly they did to leave themselves vulnerable to being detected, however for normal players like me who are wrongfully banned the lack of any kind of appeal system, or of any specific grievance is deeply unsatisfying, and unfair feeling. and the opacity of the entire punishment system feels distinctly Orwellian for a game and system which I have spent my time and money on.
