This was an interaction I had before a ranked game in which one person banned their ranked pick, and so decided he wanted to troll. The support was going to play blitzcrank, but our ADC (Tristana) banned him. At this point support picked jax and decided he was going to troll, and the person who was going to go jax decided he was going to troll as well. At this point I dodged because I didn't want to deal with these people for at least 20 minutes in ranked and lose ~18 LP at the same time.
Now, is there a way for people to dodge these sort of situations without a penalty? Or at least a way to report these people who want to troll because someone else banned their pick?
