Dynamic Queue and Elo boosting

Is it me or is this going to be Elo boosters heaven... Basicly boosters will queue together on other people accounts/smurfs and make winning games even easier while they can carry other people on their main accounts to higher elo.. I feel like Riot is giving them exactly what they want.. And since if you queue as 5 youll likely get a team of 5s.. A team of high rated elo boosters/smurfs vs any team will just be a faceroll
