So i've had this streak where no matter what i do i seem to lose , got very frustrated and flamed in one of the games , i think i am reformed but , this one game i just got too emotional... can we please rethink the permanent part ?

You've had multiple lesser punishments to help you decide if putting your fingers to the keyboard to flame your team in chat is worth losing your account. You made your own decision.
