Ive been wrongfully banned for using a 3rd party cheat software? (NA)

So I randomly got an email today stating my account was banned for using some kind of 3rd party cheat software? I haven't even logged into this game for like a month. Ive put hundreds of dollars and countless hours into this game, I didn't even get like a temporary suspension it just said Im straight out banned for something I had no clue of. I put in a ticket but I just wanted to express my feelings about this.
