Leaverbuster

So after the 3rd time of getting game restrictions I've decided to stop playing league all together. I've played this game for a while and I'll admit I'm not even close to high elo so I don't expect anything to change with the issue I've had recently. Since the client update at the start of the season I have had connection issues almost every game. Either I load in extremely slow or I dont load in at all. I'm currently playing on a $400 laptop that is less than a year old. The thing is not designed to play computer games but I've been playing on the lowest quality and it gets the job done. Or at least it used to. Since the client update for some reason I'll either not load in past a certain percentage, load to 100 but not actually get in game, or just load extremely slow. After the first leaver buster I uninstalled some things from my computer and it got better. Until a patch came out. Then once again the slow loading times happened and I wouldnt load into a few games. I didn't get a leaver buster so I was ok with that. I will admit I left a urf game in the middle of the game because I had to shit. However I got restricted with the leaver buster once again after failing to load into another game. I contacted riot at this point and then informed me that because I did actually leave the one game I wouldnt be able to get the restriction taken off. Which I thought was a load of shit but whatever, I would pay for it and move on. After going back and forth with the first person I spoke to about how I didnt really see why i should get restricted for one game they sent me to someone else to try and figure out why i wasnt loading in. I sent over logs and they suggested a few fixes. I turned off every app that would run at startup, and i disabled my firewall along with a few other things like the client repair and even uninstalling and reinstalling. Loading was fine for a while, but after a quick fix patch I had the loading issues again. I didnt load into 1 or 2 games. But after a few days it stopped again. Played some more and then a new patch came out. Everytime a new patch comes out my client doesnt want to install it. It always has to revert to an older version just so it can install the new updates. Of course with the new patch brought the same loading issues. I didnt load into another game but was able to get into others. After trying to load into a game one last time and the client actually being stuck at 100% in the loading screen for two days while the rest of my computer worked fine I restarted my computer and found I was restricted once again. When I first contacted riot about this they stated that the reason they do the leaver buster is that people have to wait 15 minutes before they can FF and it's just a bad time for everyone. I get that I really do, but the issue isnt me leaving games early on, the issue is me not loading into games. Which you can RM after 3 mins with no penalty to your RP. Yes you have to sit through pick and bans and then the loading screen, but so do I. It's not that I'm leaving on purpose or dont want to play. This is my favorite game and I want to play but for some reason cant. And either its riot or my computer. Which would mean I'm getting punished for something I cant really control, with my only fix being not playing. I dont have the money to spend on a gaming computer. The computer I'm using was a Christmas present and I know it's not the best thing to play on but it's all I have. My issue is that I'm being treated as if I'm leaving games and screwing my team over. I'm not getting into the games so no one is really getting screwed but me since I have to wait 2.5 hours total before i can get into games which is ridiculous. Leaverbuster should just be for people who load into games and then leave, not for people who cant even load in. I know I'm partially in the wrong because I have left games before, but out of 100 games played I've only intentionally left maybe 2. Which sucks to my teammates but hey I'm not perfect I'm human, and sometimes my bowls feel like they're gonna explode. I'm not doing the southpark thing just to continue playing league.

Decent paragraph spacing is not only important in papers but it's important if you want to encourage people to read your posts.

That sounds like A LOT of 4v5 games. Even if it is unintention (which half way through, it feels like you continued to play despite knowing the problem exists after each patch....kind of selfish of you to put your need to play above 9 other people), you expect Rito to just say "oh well, hope you get it fixed or do the right thing and just stop playing altogether or get better PC" and not give you any penalty? Where's the justice for all those people who had to play 4v5 at every patch? It certainly is not Rito fault because millions of people can play after every patch no problem. It is not the 9 people's fault who had to play 4v5. So whose fault is it?

My issue is that I'm being treated as if I'm leaving games and screwing my team over.

You did leave game and screw over your team. Your PC equipment and internet connection are YOUR problem. Not Rito. Not the other 9 people.

You bitch about getting LPQ, but forcing numerous people to piss away their time to: re-queue, re-do champ select, re-load into game, wait the 3 or so minutes to remake is fair?
