Teamates

How come that in every second to third game there is a troll in the team if not troll its someone with bad ping or that goes afk. i mean if ppl have bad pings often let them play with other people with the same problems, why do i have to be punished. every game i try motivate my teamates with some advice or compliments when they do something good, do i deserve to be put in games with trolls over and over again? can u pls stop adding champs and maps and focus on the players, i love the game and have been playing since it came out but now i dont even know anymore, its just getting worse..
