Riot needs to change

Hi my name is Roro and for the last three months I been fighting an uphill battle and today I lost all my energy and no longer believe in riot support system and here why(Note please read all of this before going to the comments and type "GG BOOSTER YOU HAD IT COMING AND RIOT NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE HOPE YOU ROT IN HELL!" If that was the case we would have solo Q alot early and also I am still human at the end of the day so treat me how you would want to be treated)

*The first month: I been playing LOL since early 2013 mostly because my computer was so bad to the point LOL was all I could play. I was so bad at LOL that someone told me Wukong had some really great ap scaling on his w so every game I would go full ap Wukong, so that goes to show you how easy it was to fool me. I went to my gmail and saw the email and it said I was charged with using Third party software which don't sound right at all, I never even googled any third party software yet alone used it.

I for one still did not understand what was going on. I sent in another one and another one (https://gyazo.com/b3edadbadfc656a1fa1bc598fe91609a) I did not want to pay for a crime I did not commit and not knowing why I was there. After some days Someone from the PBT was here and here gave me this(https://gyazo.com/5c4da988f7b8707840b0c44020f6e90e) I was heartbroken and being honest, I really did not know where to go next. I was the kid who needed a push to go take to someone new because I was scared of what they will say or do to me I was and still am scare of the unknown, in 9 grade I tried making the first move to become someone friend long story short I messed up on the first word( speech Impediment I been dealing with my whole life) ever since that day the kid told others about and it was everywhere and anywhere I was depressed, but then I found LOL. You have to go into details, but not full details you know? What I would have done "Within the first week of April and the last you was using Dank memes to get a Competitive Edge over other summoners, that will not stand and since you are a second offenders this will be a perma-ban I am sorry to say if you got any questions you can bring it up with the Summoners Jury" (Note I use dank memes as a placeholder and I will get into Summoners Jury later on in this post) That is how I would have do it let them know why they are being punish without giving away any real info. Also let talk about this for second "Please know account sharing is against the Terms of Use and isn't allowed. This kind of thing can result in a lock on the account. Multiple people playing ranked games is still considered boosting, and can result in boosting penalties." and this "I'm not seeing any error in our findings. When we place these bans we are always confident in our information. We have a zero tolerance policy for these things and cannot reduce the ban." If an account is caught participating in MMR boosting it faces the following punishment:

1. A two-week account suspension on League of Legends
2. Removal of any prior season’s ranked rewards (i.e. skins, icons, badges, etc)
3. Disqualification from receiving the current season’s ranked rewards (i.e. skins, icons, badges, etc)
4. Second time offenders’ accounts will be permanently banned from League of Legends

*Two month research: I felt Cheated and like the whole world hated me. I was starting college and all my friends went far so I was really alone again this time but this time no LOL I do not have the time to lvl up a smurf plus get good runes(Ip grinding is hard yo) So I told myself if they don't want me here I don't have to be here as I was doing college work I kept feeling this odd feeling like I was missing something then it hit me. I wanted to play LOL even if they drop me like a pregnant girl at prom I wanted to play again I wanted to fight for rights as a summoner. I knew they will would not listen to me if I don't bring in good points to why they should unban me. I looked and found tons of cases where the PBT was not doing their job and just saw that the person was guilty and put their stamp of O K on it, Like this case right here(https://www.change.org/p/riot-games-league-of-legends-account-unbanned-was-banned-for-program-used-for-dyslexia) I really feel bad for this guy his ban was unjustifiable. It like the PBT don't really care for our cases and just do what every required the least amount of work. Then their case where the person who is being banned have a youtube with gameplay he or she did but the PBT don't look at proof at all. This is how you lose players with automatic messages that do all the work for you, but I have a plan

*introducing Summoner Jury: The Summoner Jury is the new and improve Player Behavior team, What do they do you ask? well it simple it's a jury for the players by the players every month 10-20 players are chosen at random to represent the court and will have a riot member as a supreme decision maker. Player can sign up at first but they have to pass the requirements which are 1.Have more than a year played of LOL 2. have to be older than 16 3.Can't be reported within the last year TLDR: jury duty for LOL so riot members can talk with players first hand so they can see the story from different angles

I truly think my summoner Jury can work, it's not perfect but we can work on it. I think if you was pick for Jury at the end you should get a Hextech chest with a key and maybe an icon(I know how much you love your icons Riot). Note I am fine with my account saying ban if that means my account can become the Jesus Christ of LOL and die for a better player support team, so less players stop getting screwed. NOTE: I am not trying to throw shade on anyone just trying to prove my point thank you for your time and remember CHANGE IS GOOD
