Riot support team promotes bullying and punishes people who stand up to bullies

well about a week ago i was bullied in a game and stood up to the bully (maybe with one homophobic slur after 34 minutes of dealing with him) and i was punished with honor being taken away and a chat ban. i tried repealing the ban with no success over the course of about a week and was threatened to take away my ticket submitting ability because they were tired of telling me no. then i opened a ticket on how this was unfair and the guy left while i was typing and the next person who saw the message banned me from making tickets again. they are just a bunch of unprofessional unhelpful slackers who think honor is just
