So, I got some warning that some punishment (didn't have time to read the whole thing) is being issued on my account for going AFK. Except, I can't recall going AFK in the last few weeks. How do I check my standing?

you get leaverbuster for going afk.

it's going to make you sit in timeout for 5 or 20 minutes before playing matches, lasts for 5 games. there isn't a standing to check, just don't go afk.
