So i recently got my account permanent banned because of negative behavior and toxic reason and i understand that ban because i was a little bit toxic during couple of weeks after having problems in my family and after i got that ban i promised to reform and be a better league community. Once i was unbanned and i would not type in chat unless it was to say something intelligent such as GJ or NJ. I will promised to you that im going to do better and i really appreciate you helping me out. I will promised i will make the league community better. Thanks for your help!

Too late for that, you will not get unbanned. You can start a new account if you still want to play the game, but i advise you not to spend ANY money on it (since you can get banned any time).
