What is the point of trying to get out of elo hell when everyone around you makes it impossible.

For everyone who is going to bm this, go for it. I dont care anymore. This community is trashing the game. Anyone who is trying to better there mmr is getting trampled by the mass number of people who are ruining it. It is a team game.... TEAM. By that singular term, no one person can carry a team and yet one person has the power to completely ruin the game for the other 4 people involved. Its impossible to "raise" ones mmr when a game is lost before it can even get off the ground. What is the point when after fighting to win, you lose because some person didnt care and threw the game. Its impossible to talk logic to someone who doesnt care and yet my mmr and my ranking suffer every day because someone feeds or rocks blue build ez adc and doenst even cs. when your jungler just throws themselves under tower after being begged to not gank. when collectively your team ignores you and doesnt group. Please tell me. I like this game and i want to show that i have gotten better since i began in season 2 but i cant when its 1 step forward followed by a huge plummet because of one person. How do i get my mmr higher when every other game (if we are lucky) there is someone ruining it? The part of the community that experiences this see it all the time. Hell, half the time, they win their games because the other team has the same issue. The group of players who are trying get no where and nothing but people saying that they suck or if they were good then this wouldnt be an issue. So again how? How do i prove to this retarded ass system that im better than i was when i cant even get a lucky break with who im queued with? If anyone knows what im dealing with and can give me some real advice then please do. This isnt a rage thread. I want to know how to get out of elo hell.

Make 4 friends who aren't troll/griefers and queue ranked with them. Problem solved.

Start by improving on your cs, about 7-8 a minute, you're at about 4. You can't win every game, for obvious reasons, but improving your own game play and playing hundreds of ranked games is how you climb.

If you are stuck in bronze, it isn't because others around you, you are bad and need to get better.

I thought the exact same way, but others helped me realize that my bitching and complaining wouldn't get me anywhere. I was in Bronze 5 last year. But I managed to climb all the way to Silver 3 at 100 LP(woulda gone higher, but school). What I did was stop my complaining. I stopped thinking that I was great, that I deserved Gold. I accepted that I was Bronze, and that this is where I belonged, but I wouldnt give up to reach silver. How did I do it? Well first I didn't play champions that took enormous amounts of skill. If you're in Bronze, that means you're not Faker, Insec, Piglet or any Pro player. Don't play champions that take good mechanics to play. If you already main zed or Lee or Vayne, drop them, play someone easy till you get to Gold. I played easy champs, Cho, Sion, Darius Volibear. I also kept calm, if I won, I would be happy, but if I lost, I wouldnt get sad. I kept warding, kept focused. Tried to play games when it wouldn't interfere with other plans I had for the day. As a result I wouldn't get tilted. If I loss 2-3 games in a row, I would stop, play some Minecraft, refresh my mind then get back to it. I focused on objectives, not kills. League isn't Call of Duty, its not about proving that youre good by getting a shit ton of kills, its by securing towers, dragons and making sure you get gold. I started my climb in May, and got to Silver 5 in late August. I stopped playing ranked, but played a lot more after the season ended, and climbed to Silver 3 at 100 LP with one win. Thats how climbed out of Elo Hell. I didnt bitch and moan, that the system was corrupt, or Riot was against me. I focused on the game.
