so im in a game of league of legends everything is fine and im messing around with a teammate and say killyourself in game. About 20 minutes later i get perma banned for saying that. i am guessing they will not remove my ban?

Well, if your story of being hacked is true, depending on how long it was compromised; a punishment could have been gotten when not under your control.
If you had Riot help resecuring your account, you could maybe try acknowledging that you know it was toxic and wrong. Then ask if the account had a punishment during the compromised account time.
