One of my friends earned a 14-day suspension for this chat logs: (take note that he has not has any other violations in the past, this is his first one ever and I’m just trying to figure out why he was punished so badly for his first “violation”)

PizzaTurtle1234: have some decency Like I know he got heated and he should’ve just muted them, but they where being quite rude to him, telling him that his mother should’ve swallowed him just because he pinged the jungler’s smite as “ready” when Baron got stolen by MF ulty. Just doesn’t seem right to go straight into a 14-day suspension for this. Am I just not seeing something? I really just want to understand the reasoning behind the punishment.

Anything that shows up censored like that is zero-tolerance and generally skips lower punishment tiers and goes straight to a 14-day ban.

happened to me before, all of my team were a premades but i didn't knew that, all of them were trying to bite me into a flaming conversation to get me banned. "still i didn't knew that" was my first and last penalty, they were toxic to that level to make you pull your hair, i insulted one of them was really toxic, i dont remember exactly how toxic he was, but he could get me to insult him with NONE stop, i kept insulting him for 10 MINUTES none stop!, like 200 sentence of insults!, i was lucky though all i got is 10 games chat restriction, maybe cause my history was clean.

Anyway i wish good for your friend, just tell him that the next one is permanent and the ones that are going to be toxic towards him (they want him to be banned).

(the funny thing, that i got no chat logs, and i didnt seek for it)

Plot twist: the 'friend' is actually the op. "whooooaaa"

you said something that got censored to %%%%%% That means it was the f word, n word, 'kys' or other phrases that are on the zero tolerance list.

That's why it's justified to skip the chat restrictions and go straight to ban.
